  1. The service. Lead Flows is a hosted CRM and marketing-automation platform provided by Edge Digital Ltd. Your plan (Launch, Growth or Scale) determines the features and usage allowances available, as described on the Pricing page.
  2. Term and cancellation. Plans are monthly, rolling, 30 days’ notice to cancel, effective at the end of the current billing period. No long-term lock-in.
  3. Fees. Prices are in GBP, exclusive of VAT, billed monthly in advance. Messaging and call usage beyond your plan’s fair-use allowance is billed at cost, notified in advance. We may change prices with 30 days’ notice.
  4. Fair and lawful use. You agree to message only individuals who have enquired with, done business with, or consented to hear from you; to include opt-outs; and to comply with UK GDPR, PECR and advertising rules. No spam, no purchased lists, no unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that put deliverability or legality at risk.
  5. Your data. You own your contact and business data. We process it only to provide the service, under our Data Processing Addendum (available on request). On cancellation, you may export your contacts; we delete platform data [90] days after account closure.
  6. Availability and support. We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Support is provided per your plan (email / email + phone / priority).
  7. Intellectual property. We (and our licensors) own the platform. You own your content and data.
  8. Liability. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the fees you paid in that period; we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost leads.
  9. Changes. We may update these terms with 30 days’ notice; continued use is acceptance.
  10. Law. England and Wales; exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
