What we collect and why

Enquiry and demo requests: name, business name, email, mobile, industry and lead volume — used to arrange and follow up on your demo (legal basis: legitimate interest / steps prior to a contract).
Customers: account, billing and support data — used to provide the service (legal basis: contract).
Website analytics and advertising cookies: see the Cookie Policy (legal basis: consent).

Marketing

If you enquire, we may contact you about Lead Flows by email, phone or SMS. Every message includes an opt-out and we stop when you say stop.

Platform data (for our customers’ contacts)

If you have received a message from a business using Lead Flows, that business is the controller of your data; we process it on their instructions. Contact the business directly, or us at [privacy@leadflows.co.uk], and we will help route your request.

Sharing

We use vetted sub-processors (hosting, telecoms/SMS delivery, email delivery, payments, analytics) under data-processing agreements. A current sub-processor list is available on request. We never sell personal data.

International transfers

Where a sub-processor is outside the UK/EEA, transfers are protected by adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.

Retention

Enquiry data: up to 24 months after last contact. Customer account data: duration of the contract plus 6 years (legal/accounting requirements).
